FAQ

  • Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

We are a professional manufacturer and the world's largest producer of BOPA film, with a 20% global market share. Our headquarters and main R&D center are in China, and in January 2026, we expanded internationally with the grand opening of our first overseas production base, PT CHANGSU in Indonesia. Located in the Suryacipta Industrial Park, West Java, this facility has an annual capacity of 90,000 tons. It will become the largest BOPA film production base in Southeast Asia once fully operational. We welcome you to visit our facilities—either in person or via virtual tour.
  • What certifications do your products hold?

Our products comply with major international standards. We hold ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety) certifications. Our BOPA and BOPLA films meet FDA, EU 10/2011, and GB standards for food contact applications, ensuring safety and compliance for global markets.
  • How do you ensure consistent product quality?

We maintain strict quality control throughout the entire production process. Our facilities are equipped with online thickness gauges, automatic defect detection systems, and real-time process monitoring. Every batch undergoes rigorous laboratory testing—including mechanical properties, barrier performance, and optical analysis—before release. This ensures that every roll meets the same high standards.
  • What is your typical lead time?

Lead time depends on order status: For stocked items: Dispatch within 10 working days. For production orders: Typically 30-50 days after order confirmation, depending on specification and volume. We also offer expedited shipping options for urgent requirements. By following our recommended order quantities and packaging guidelines, clients can further optimise delivery speed and reduce costs.
  • What are your payment terms?

We offer flexible payment terms to accommodate our clients' needs while ensuring mutual security. Common options include: T/T: ≥50% deposit, ≤50% balance before shipment L/C at sight Other arrangements can be discussed based on order volume and long-term cooperation. Please contact us to find a solution that works for both parties.
  • How do you handle quality complaints or defective products?

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If any quality issue arises, we request photos or videos for initial assessment. Our after-sales team will respond within 24-48 hours to investigate and propose a solution—whether replacement, credit, or return. We aim to resolve all issues fairly and efficiently to minimise any impact on your production.
  • Do you offer customized film solutions? What is your R&D capability?

Absolutely. Innovation is at our core. Our technology research and development centres—in both China and Indonesia—are equipped with advanced pilot lines and analytical instruments, enabling us to tailor film properties to specific applications. We are committed to Chairman Mr. Yang's vision of "Cutting-Edge Innovation," significantly boosting R&D investments to create high-value-added products powered by proprietary technologies. Our latest breakthroughs include bio-based BOPA films that maintain the performance of conventional BOPA while reducing environmental impact. Whether adjusting thickness, barrier performance, or easy-tear features, we collaborate closely with clients to develop solutions that meet unique packaging requirements.
  • What sustainable solutions do you offer?

Sustainability is central to our strategy. Beyond our high-performance BOPA films, we offer BiOPA, biobased BOPA film and BOPLA film bio-based compostable films as eco-friendly alternatives for applications requiring sustainability. Our new Indonesian facility has been designed with energy-efficient production processes to minimise environmental impact. We are also continuously working on thinner gauge films to reduce material usage—helping our clients meet their own sustainability goals. As Chairman Mr. Yang stated, our aim is to "lead the innovative growth of the new materials industry worldwide" through responsible, sustainable practices.
  • What is your company's long-term vision?

As stated by Chairman Mr. Yang at the grand opening of PT CHANGSU in January 2026, our vision is to "become a leading force in international industrial competition and collaboration." We are advancing our core strategy of "Multi-Matrix, Cutting-Edge Innovation, and Global Expansion" —expanding our global manufacturing footprint (with Europe and North America planned next), boosting R&D investments, and developing high-value-added products like our new bio-based BOPA films. Our aim is to provide global partners with distinct solutions and lead the innovative growth of the new materials industry worldwide.
  • What is the difference between your bio-based BOPA and BOPLA films?

Both are sustainable solutions, but they serve different needs: Bio-based BOPA film: Manufactured partially from renewable feedstocks, it offers the same high mechanical strength, barrier properties, and easy-tear features as conventional BOPA, but with a reduced carbon footprint. It is ideal for applications requiring durability and barrier performance with improved sustainability. BOPLA film: A bio-based, compostable film designed for applications where biodegradability is required at end-of-life. It offers good transparency and printability for eco-conscious packaging. This dual approach—what we call our "sustainable portfolio"—allows customers to choose the right solution based on their specific sustainability goals and application requirements.
