As there is gap in domestic market for bio-based degradable film material, needs form downstream customers were not fully met due to products’ low strength and unbalanced properties.

Untill…

BiONLY®, the bio-based degradable film material launched by Changsu company, is green, low-carbon and get widely applied in daily life with its highly comprehensive properties.

Today, let’s have a look at the story about how it’s researched, developed and massively manufactured.

What drove us to focus on bio-based degradable film material at first?

Earlier than that, studies on this material in China is rare. Moreover, the according technologies were monopolized by foreigners and superior products had to rely on import.  In this case, developing an own product became our sole wish and to provide downstream customers with a brand new, green and sustainable option.

Before the large-scale manufacturing of BiONLY®, we’d accumulated sufficient techniques and R&D, which later supported us to join the competition of green and low-carbon film material.

More and more experiments were carried out to make breakthrough on puzzles above. Lasting 3 years of arduousness, BiONLY® eventually stood on central stage.

Nowadays, how many green packaging materials are there in market and what kind of advantages highlight BiONLY®?

Paper, recyclable and edible packaging usually are made by green packaging material, but their application ranges are strictly limited by the usage environments.

BiONLY® is also one of the green and environmentally friendly material. Thanks to the excellent comprehensive properties, it could widely applied in all kinds of products in our daily life, not only like green tapes, paper plastic, flower packaging, food packaging, but also disposable tableware packaging and even protective screen for cellphone.

Giant companies like Yili, Panpan, China Philatelic, OPPO and as so on also practice their social responsibilities by virtue of BiONLY®

In the future, we are going to carry out innovation on green and low-carbon film materials, and lead the industry towards more and more sustainability.
