Congratulations! Relying on Xiamen Changsu Industrial Co., Ltd., Xiamen Polymer Functional Film Material Laboratory was officially awarded by Xiamen Science and Technology Bureau! This is another honor won by the laboratory after the CNAS for conformity assessment, which will effectively promote the R & D and innovation of key core technologies of Changsu functional films.
Xiamen Polymer Functional Film Laboratory covers an area of more than 1200 ㎡. It is equipped with a film physical property testing room, a polymer material physical and chemical property analysis room, as well as many instruments and equipment such as laboratory casting line and double tensile testing machine. It operates according to the ISO / IEC 17025 laboratory management system and strives to provide customers with professional and efficient testing and services.
With the leading role played by the polymer functional film laboratory in R & D and innovation, Changsu has obtained 42 authorized patents, including 21 invention patents, and successfully incubated the R & D and industrialization project of key technologies for the production of ultra-high barrier BOPA film, the development project of new master batch for PA, the high impact nylon film project, ultra-high barrier nylon film, such as pearlescent nylon film, special nylon film for lithium battery and migration resistant anti-sticking master batch, have developed functional films such as EHA fresh locking film, TSA straight tear film and PHA for lithium package, which have been recognized in the first batch of new materials in Xiamen.
Along the way of exploration and innovation, Changsu has always been committed to the research of film technology, the improvement of production technology and the development of special films. This time, it was rated as “Xiamen Key Laboratory”, which boosted the confidence of Changsu in building top R & D capability and deep technical reserve.
