In 2023, Sinolong technology team was battling on the frontline with focus on R&D, process innovation and intelligent manufacturing.  Thanks to their devotion on industry upgrade, a world-leading lines was successfully put into production and great achievements were made through the R&D platform. The company also obtained those key patents, led and participated  in help for industry standard formulation, leaving a practical examples about innovation for the whole industry.

On the path of high-quality development, Sinolong is firmly stepping forward with innovation ahead and those achievements incoming.

In 2023, a world-leading line was put into production.

Fujian Changsu is another base owned by Sinolong New Material in which a new BOPA line with more than 7 meters width was successfully put into production. Equipped with many key technologies of independent IP rights, this line is the global-leading integration of high automation, high production capacity and low energy consumption.

In 2023, great achievements were made through the R&D platform

National enterprise technology center and the key laboratory for polymer functional film material were established in Sinolong New Mterial company where R&D personnel buried themselves in products.

A number of domestic film material products have been launched as The First in China:

In 2023, Further cooperation between enterprises, universities and institutes were created.

Sinolong New Material has built a global R & D platform covering from material mechanism, primary pilot, pilot to product incubation and massive production. The independent R & D team, composed of more than 100 engineers and an external well-known expert advisory group cooperated with famous universities and institutes to form a huge experiment database. High-performance film materials are constantly innovated in this multi-level and all-round innovation matrix layout.

In 2023, High-quality development in industry was progressed by innovation.

Sinolong hit the industry record again with nearly 200 core patents.  Based on the industry-leading scientific and innovation strength, The company has led and participated in the formulation of more than 10 national, industry and group standards, promoting the popularization and application of a series of advanced technology and product quality standards.

In 2023,New output was offered for professional papers.

The R & D team has contributed a wealth of scientific research and innovation practice samples for the high-performance film material industry that were published in core journals and magazines like SCI and EI.

In 2023, Hundreds of micro innovative advises improved quality and efficiency.

More than 600 rationalization proposals were put forward in this year. Through these micro innovations, the production team had further improved the efficiency of lean production and created considerable economic benefits.
