EHA has good tensile strength and rubbing resistance contrast to PVDC film, such as KNY, alumina/ silicon oxide with vaccumn metalized. It can maintain the same superior oxygen barrier effect after repeated rubbing. EHA has high transparency and its film color would not have obvious change with time. The color of EHA will not change significantly with time. During incineration, it will not produce dioxins or toxic gases containing chlorine.

EHAr is a transparent, high-barrier functional film. It’s heat-resistant to 100℃ boiling, OTR lower than 8 CC/m2.d.atm. Comparing with the conventional BOPA films, the oxygen resistance performance of EHAr is ten times better, which makes it very suitable for the packaging that has strict requirement in gas barrier, such as meat products, pickles and compound condiments.
Deviation of Upper and Lower Printing Position
Causes:
● The selection of nylon film is wrong and the product type does not match the printing requirements.
● One side can be aligned, and the color group behind the other side gradually shifts inward
● High temperature and humidity in printing environment lead to rapid moisture absorption and expansion of nylon.
●Too slow printing speed leads to moisture absorption of BOPA
Suggestions:
✔ It is recommended to use the temperature (23°C ±5°C) and humidity (≤75%RH). If the relative humidity exceeds 80%, stop using.
✔ Properly increase the tension, improve the printing speed of more than 60m/min for manual overprinting;
✔ Ensure printing speed up to 160m/min.
